officially am living in the new house in KC. came down this afternoon. way tired + still have a lot of unpacking to do! thank God we have amazing neighbors. they are letting us use their wireless internet until ours is installed tuesday. AMAZING. they brought us cookies the day we moved in. i definitely love them already.
it's definitely a big change in my life so i'm trying my best to embrace it as positively as possible. duh i'm excited to start my new job + explore a new city but there are always those feelings of missing family + your home with them. it will just take some time and lots of support from family + friends to acclimate to my new environment. thanks to all of those who gave me pep talks today. i definitely teared up a bit when i said goodbye to my parents last night + jen, tyler + charlie today.
